Info Post
Julia has left a new comment on your post "Agenda 21 hits Britain":

What stands out for me in this piece is that children are being removed from their parents by the state and into the hands of the state, if the parents and children are not conforming. What are the parents and children expected to conform to to get out of this horror? They have to conform to the state.

All paths lead to state control.....

....and in particular, state control of children. It's getting harder to find a way through, that avoids or minimises state control, and this is tightening up very rapidly, changing almost daily.

On a slightly related subject, Avon and Somerset Police have just been bought by IBM.

TAP - IBM organised the NAZI's total information system on punch cards.  It looks like they're being readied for another totalitarian era.  Mind you, how can Police be for sale?  Where would the profit come from?  Or needn't we ask?

National control of Police is being sacrificed in the same way as national control of the Armed Forces.

COMMENTThe numerous Police forces and Councils are companies just like any other.

You'd be surprised how many have gone bankrupt yet our taxes are expected to still pay for them.

I've not looked yet, but Somerset Police force (or whatever trading name they trade under) is either bankrupt or near bankrupt.

The more sinister aspect of this is what is IBM doing buying up a Police force?  Anonymous

Here's the IBM worldwide program where everything is to be linked up into one system -  it looks like more Agenda 21 rollout.

Question posted on Avon & Somerset Police website -

Senior Officer approvals for decision to extend Framework Agreement with IBM/SW1.

A decision was taken by the (SRO - Senior Responsible Officer Julian Kern) of Avon & Somerset
Police Constabulary (ASP) for SW1 contract Management, to extend the original 4-year Framework
Agreement with IBM/SW1 for another 2 years from 19th March 2012.

This will allow IBM/SW1 to bid for business until March 2014 without an EU competitive tender
being required (a significant endorsement by SCC of SW1’s business model).

Did the SRO seek and receive approval by any Senior Officer of the Constabulary or any ASPOLA
Member or Committee for this key decision?

If so, please disclose correspondence (all mediums) and/or papers and notes.

Answer
Your request for information has now been considered and the SRO is a Chief Officer, and
management of the contract is delegated to the Constabulary. No further approval is required.
