Someone sent me this. I have never been enamoured of the OPPT, as it just sounds like the same structures and rules in disguise, and made to sound like it's nice people running it, people like us, and they are going to save us. I think this summary is quite helpful....

A LAYMAN'S GUIDE TO OPPT IN PLAIN ENGLISH.
On 25 Dec 2012, a day symbolising new life and rebirth, a new paradigm known as the One Peoples Public Trust was presented to the world.
As of today, the old paradigm is still in operation as the world prepares to transition to the new. On a yet to be announced, but likely equally symbolic date, the old system will shut down (crucified?) and the new paradigm will officially commence.
All corporations, including governments acting as corporations, all lands, wealth, and all natural and man-made assets (including human assets) have been amalgamated into a single global trust.
This trust will be administered by a global ‘government’ called the CVAC System. The role of this government will be to administer the Trust, determine the value of the assets, and implement and operate the backroom systems that will be needed to manage and oversee all the elements in the system.
To date, due to limited information, the actual operators and administrators of this system have yet to be disclosed.
All national identity and sovereignty will no longer exist and instead be replaced by CVAC Branches. There will be 194 CVAC Branches, one for each former sovereign nation. CVAC branches will be administered through the CVAC System. In other words, the CVAC Branches will comprise a group of international settlements. [A prototype of a similar model in the old system, the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), operated for over 6 decades].
Human beings will be termed CVACs. They will be assigned a predetermined value and be able to trade any value they create from their labours for goods and services. How the value of a human asset and value of their labour is to be determined is yet to be disclosed.
In order for men and women to thrive in the new paradigm they will need to consent (or opt in) to accepting biometric technology that will hold a vast amount of data about them, including their entire financial and medical status. This technology will enable CVACs to access the new digital based currency system and thus be able to conduct trade within the system.
A new system of international law known as the Universal and International Law Ordinance (UILO) will form the set of required laws and regulations required to govern the system. No details of these laws have been disclosed to date, but presumably they will govern the registration of CVACs and the boundaries within which CVACs will be able to express their free will choice.
The status of men and women who decline the offer of opting in to, or have already opted in but wish to opt out, of the new paradigm is yet to be disclosed.
At some point in the future, possibly on another symbolic date, the Creator, as a party to the Trust, will be revealed. From that point on prior laws governing the functioning of CVACs will become null and void and instead all CVACs will be required to serve the will of the Creator.
