Not cheap, but you can't really put a price on life.
Since the Lib/Lab/Con government at the time 'privatized' the UK water supplies then the private companies have had free reign since then.
OFWAT couldn't care less as they are made up of people who know how poor the water is but are putting profits before peoples' lives.
People might want to look into how Fracking is contaminating the water table/supply too:
