Agenda 21 hits Britain again.
£50 tax a month on each unoccupied bedroom is being implemented. £600 a year from April 1st 2013.
The problem is that most social housing is 2 bedroom.
People who live alone will have to pay up.
Many of those are either old or disabled - and many are already on the edge.
